Newstory: BPA found in Sigg water bottles

I have been using glass jars for carrying my filtered tap water.
I re-use pasta sauce jars and marmalade jars. Also, Orangina glass bottles are great for carrying the water.
No more plastic or metal for me. Glass is the best!
And if the jars falls and breaks, I have a cupboard full of glass jars to replace it. No extra cost since I already bought these jars for their food product.

Comment by Jasmine.green on August 27, 2009 at 5:05pm - I am not surprised. Tried to contact them several times a few years ago about their "special nontoxic lining" and received no straight answer. Guess it goes to show that if companies have nothing to hide - they will tell you.
