I SHOULD GET A MEDAL.
I guess I was born to piss the french people off. Born and raised in the beautiful country of france, but one thing all of you need to know is that among all the cliches that the french already have, they are absolutely programmed to be closed minded, I should know, my education was the same, not in my family but everything around me.
Just being a vegetarian was humiliating enough, the french hate anyone that aren't molded to be a sheep without a dream. Take meat out of your diet and watch what happens around you there, I went through tough times and NO ONE (besides my parents) were understanding, you could say it was enough, but not really.
Now I'm RAW VEGAN, oh my god, what will happen to me whenever I get back? They might crucify me upside down on a public square in front of city hall.
Just to give you an idea, being a raw vegan in FRANCE (socially) is the equivalent of throwing a gay pride in NAZI GERMANY, people just ain't ready yet, we don't even have a word to describe what a raw foodist is in french, I swear we are 50 years behind at least.
I could go on a on as why they're like that, but point is we are a very controlled country where when you try to think outside of your reality and try to have hopes and dreams, someone will always be there to crush it. Where's my violin?

Oui crudivore vegetalien, but my experiences have been nothing but pure ignorance on most people's part. Maybe I was raised in a red neck closed minded part of france. But I've been living in the U.S for 15 years and all that I am was accepted here, my hair,my weight, my way of thinking, my style of clothes, my way of eating, that's my experience here, nobody gives a shit what you do as long as you're happy, which is the total opposite of What I personally experienced living in France, even some of my close family. The french love to criticize and put down people for their differences. I know I sound very negative, but it's only my point of you, it's out there and I've lived through it. I'll always be more comfortable here than I 'll ever be in France, still today. I can't wait to experience something different to prove me wrong , but that is my reality.

Are american more open minded about it ? I lived there for a year and didn't find them open minded at all, I'd be very interested to hear your experience about this. Thanks for the friendship by the way !

There is a theory I am deeply in love with. It has the capability of spanning over any area of one's life, if that is their wish. I stumbled upon it accidentally since before I even realized what exactly was happening, but have always noticed the results.
And it is this:
If I am fully at peace with something and love it totally for what it is, it would be totally useless for people to look down on me/hassle me for my beliefs/lifestyle/whatever is in question. And I swear, they must sense that to do so, would make absolutly no difference to me whatsoever, and because of this, most people seem to not even be TEMPTED to fuck with my shit. It is rule. =)
Sort of that is my motto. = I don't care what you do, just don't try to fuck with my shit!!
Because it is just not possible. It just will not happen.
I do know what you mean about french people. My gods...do I so know... My bf's dad was adopted by English peoples, but is actually French IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE, it is amazing what is just... IN THE BLOOD, so to speak..(even the way he DRIVES wtf!)
Dealing with him is so fucking easy. He is so french that he is just always totally ready to be such a WANKER about EVERYTHING just so that he doesn't have to use his brain to contemplate things that go against what he's deemed as fact or otherwise. Obviously he is very keen on being a total wanker though, so I let him, and that is why it is so easy to deal with him. Because I refuse to, and just leave him to be as he is, because what he believes, has nothing to do with what I believe, that is for sure.
Same with my dad sort of. Except that I love him. He is Romanian though, not French. But also he is a Capricorn Romanian!! (My bf's dad is also a Capricorn. Seeing these two communicate is terrifying, they are so alike in their 'hahah you are inferior' sort of way towards the rest of the population). I let my dad see whatever he wants to see in me, just like I let everyone else. It doesnt matter.
No one can fuck with your shit, guy, if you don't want to let them. Simply, they will just appear as the sluts they may be/are =D
PS I lovedlovedLOVED your add-me-message. Not much sways me (and only when I decide to be swayed, is it even possible for this to occur). I am stubborn as hell and always for good reason.
