Yay! I get to see the Raw Transformations talk with Angela & Matt on Friday! I'm so excited, Angela was one of the first success stories I stumbled across when I first started researching raw and she was really inspiring to me to begin this journey. I can't wait. My bestie, Cyndi, is going with me. I think I will get a lot of great information and inspiration.

Ani Phyo would be good, given your ingredients. I like Ani Phyo's Raw Kitchen. Her stuff is very sweet and heavy, though, IMHO.
