I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for a giving a great time of support, help and friendship in the year gone by. 2008 has been a year of many excitement and several new things happening and coming in my life.

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.

So I've been vegan for about a week now and vegetarian for a little while longer, but last night I went out with my friends and stupidly had some fish at dinner.
