Give it to me Raw

One of the most POWERFUL things you can do to enhance your life and get much more of what you want is to CLEAR you clutter.
Clutter it looks harmless ; well hardly. Clutter is a block to everything you want. So what are you going to do???
LET'S CLEAR OUR CLUTTER.
CLEARING CLUTTER will bring more ABUNDANCE of all kinds. It will also LIGHTEN AND BRIGHTEN the energy in your home. Makes people want to be in the space and enjoy it.
Years ago when I discovered Karen Kingston's book CLEAR YOU CLUTTER. I was fascinated and thought I would give it a try. Well I was a certified clutter bug. I could not even put all the stuff sitting around up because there was so much clutter in my droors. So I made the decision to CLEAR. Here is the simple rule that works . Look at something and say "Do I LOVE it or DO I USE IT"? If the answer is yes then keep it and if the answer is no give it away or pitch it. Do not waste time and energy worrying about the money you spent on it or that "sweet Aunt Nelly " gave it to you and you do not want to hurt her feelings . Just pitch it and lighten your "CLUTTER LOAD".
The benefits are powerful from peice of mind to a clean fresh feeling in your home.
This habit of letting go of things creates a "VORTEX" so that all the things you LOVE can come to you.
I like to fill a bag at least once a week on garbage day. Keeps things light and the energy moving. When you start to CLEAR YOU CLUTTER you can expect miracles.
Try it you will like it. Pick the best and release the rest and watch your life get better and better.

TOGETHER DIVINE LOVE KIM

So true! I'm surrounded by stuff and it's really is getting me down. I am going make a start and to spend the rest of the day dealing with one room in my flat. The piles of books and magazine and bits and bobs have to find home or ship out ...

The only clutter I have is mail. Even though I'm on that no-junk-mail list, I still get tons of it. It's really annoying, having to sift through what's important and what isn't.

Better to shop that way than to buy something. It's one way to be green, and in return, you can give something of yours away. Suze Orman says in her books that clutter has a direct correlation with weight. Lose the clutter, lose the weight. I believe it.

You won't need it later and if you do, you'll use it maybe once. Not worth the baggage. Ditch it.

My friends and I have clothing swaps all the time. Here in L.A., Out of the Closet will pickup your large donations like furniture.

Like Frank said, a great post & great timing for me Kim. I've been surrounded by clutter for months now. I really don't like it, it feels awful. I know when I get rid of it I'll feel much better. It's not extreme clutter, just messy clutter. I've had some kind of clutter lethargy.
Yay Kim yay!! This is the perfect post for me.
"When you start to CLEAR YOU CLUTTER you can expect miracles."
I love the above quote. Yay I'm gonna start clearing!!
Thanks Kim :)

Full disclosure - I work as a therapist. Yes, it helps. But you should know that the value of it can't be described by the speed of the healing process or whether you're looking or seeming perfect. Therapy is about coming to terms and coming back...

I always used to get sick on foods from restaurants, but the same meal I prepared at home wouldn't make me sick.... restaurants tend to drown foods in butter and oils, you've probably been eating less of those since going on those diet.
