Yep I agree Lizz, I used to think i slept too much but then at the same time I wondered why I was addicted to stimulants to get me through the day!

Yeh I'm pushing to get in bed by Midnight but after this post im turning over a new leaf because it
does make a big difference in how good i feel.

Comment by Lizz on November 11, 2009 at 4:40pm - I make sleep a top priority. Some folks get all consumed in the pace of modern life, then they call people that get a good nights sleep lazy. I say, I have a right to be lazy, if lazy means getting adequate rest.

I remembered I took some pictures from last week. We used bees wax candles, like anthony was saying, white/ off white. No filter. We used a biodegradable paper plate, to cover the head. Alot of wax comes out!
