Kundalini yoga inspired!! Thanks! 3 to 7 am, they call it the Amrit Vela (Ambrosial Hours), when the sun's rays hit the earth at 60 degrees or somethning like that, heavenly, plus it's quiet, dark. Gonna practice more. Love!!
Nice recipe. I too have been doin' raw with (very little ) fruit. I feel a bazillion times better. Here's my fav breakfast of late: dandelion greens, one lime, ice, water or green tea (cold), stevia. My hubbie thinks it's too bitter, but I adore. The fruit I can tolerate in abundance includes berries, lemons, limes, grapefruit...yummm.
Lately, I only do peaches and small amounts of watermelon (both local and in season).
