I've had an odd day today and I know the principle of comfort eating should be addressed on a more fundimental level but honestly I've had such an urge to stuff my face with a comfort food. By some miracle (especially as I am more high raw as opposed to 100% raw) and living in a shared house I've not indulged in the hot cross buns or sucummed to cooked food products that are all around where I live at the moment. Anyway I just wondered out of interest if anyone has a raw comfort food they love? I'm just about to rustle up a really sweet almond milk which I hope will do the trick!

Comment by Cristina Parus on February 7, 2012 at 10:32am Avocado cream with onion or garlic...or both! If it's to be something sweet, then I'll go for raw chocolate! ;-)

Comment by Mizpah Matus on February 6, 2012 at 4:01pm I find raw puddings to be really comforting. I blend fruits like banana or mango with avocado, coconut and vanilla.
But it really depends what you're craving. It really is possible to make a raw version of practically anything.
