And I have to say : you are beautiful and your make-up breath-taking ... and fits to your coat_colour . I say this bc I ' m very much connected with fashion ... and Theater . Make-ups ... different ones .

I understand your situation->been there. Here's some tips. I use Mucuna Prureins extract caps from www.HerbsForever.com and the wholefood form as well from www.UltimateSuperFoods.com . Mixed with Cacao,coconut and honey[ cashew butter is yummy in it too] This really does it for me, 2-3X a day.
As far as living on $250 a month - maybe working at a grocery store or resturant where you can eat for working. Keep busy on productive cycles.Get plenty sleep and protein-> Cashews and coconut work for me..
Soft cooked eggs work for some I know.
Lack of food and sleep are always present before a spin ,I've found. That handled, you can enjoy comedy and upbeat people. Create enthusiasm and you'll soon feel it.
Spot anti-social attitudes and people who put you down and avoid them.Try reading Self Help books too.Nik
thanks to you all. I am also looking how to get a well balanced diet for about 250 a month and am concerned that can't do it because organic food is too xpensive. Any ideas?
This is individual . St. John ' wrat and Cacao makes me totally depressed and confused . And many others I know .
And it is not ' a pill ' . This is a reduction , pejorative , by the way .
The correct medication , for a certain time . They do not make one happy or unhappy ( PILL ... ) . They simply leave as you are . Before the ' broken leg ' . As said above .
Do you know what a real Depression is ? Have you talked to patients , IN and OUT patients ? In prisons ? On the streets ? To people in general , who suffers under it ? Did you have one ?

Is it Reactive or Endogene ? IF it is endogene , you CANNOT program ... as I have said , quoting the Doctors here : ' ...can you run in having a broken leg ? ' . It is the same .
The cases are INDIVIDUAL . And nothing wrong in chemicals . It depends on _ . At all .
Science is there to be developed together with Alternative Medicine , something which is very much developed here in Germany . Sometimes , only the Alternative methods are sufficient .To me , yes . Almost , almost . I ' m almost there .

And there is nothing superior on people who are NOT depressive . And most of the times , they are not depressed , because they perceive things superficially . The great ART in the World History was_is made by people who has suffered under Depression .So , another kind of JOY.

One has to check INDIVIDUALLY . Even IF it is to reverse - the Depression , I mean - only with Diets .
I agree with Rachel H . To me , totally truth . Although , I don ' t ' fake laughing ' . But ... thinking of certain people - very few are funny - I start to laugh ... anyway ... but smile , yes ... it is authomatically ... more deep ... changes more _ ... But both , laughing and smiling move 1000 of muscles , hormones , and this is very healthy .
But I ' m careful with too much laugh ... this ' just like that ' . Like in certain countries . It can be lack of honesty , seriousness , superficiality . Experience . Even in Theraphies I was taught not to laugh or smile ... always ... as Borderlines do .

But the more healthy I eat , less depressed I am . I ' m totally connected with Nutrition . RAW , BIO , VEGAN are great things to me . A la longue , as well .
I would die with some solutions given by Spencer . I agree with : a lot of greens , yoga , exercise , fasting - when I need - and INCREASE non-saturaded fats - as oils - Omega 3 and Omega 6 specially . Hasenut Oil , for instance , is terribly good to the brain .

Depression is individual . It depends on the context . This you have to see . AND : is it REACTIVE or CLINICAL Depression ? Due to schock , maybe , or so . Lack of Love ? Well , then , if Clinical ( endogene ) it is ' like a broken leg ' . Only with Medication . At least for a certain time . Like the broken leg which is immobilized with _ , so that the person can walk ...
- ' Is it possible jogging in having a bloken leg ? ' , a wonderful PSY_MedDoc asked me once in a hospital .
No prejudice , here in Germany .
And then , to find the right medication ... a SSRI or a SDRI ... ( Selective Serotorin Re-uptake Inhibitor or a Selective Dopamin Re-uptake Inhibitor , for instance ) . If you study how the cells , the neurons , the neuro-transmitters etc . work , you ' ll see ...
To me , Depression , it is very much connected - as said above - with the LACK of the Right Food , Nutrients , and some physical ' therapies ' , like Sauna , Swimming , Ayurveda Massages , etc . I cannot afford what I need . And some Alternative Therapies . A lot here in Berlin . GREAT .
An example ( of ' I cannot afford ) : this David Wolfe Programm - I have read the other day , an scheme of it , on a Blog - more than enough to say it is totally what I need . But I cannot afford ... no way . I know what I ' m saying .

And also : to live in the Nature ... would be a great solution and in a Spiritual Community . There are some here , being constructed . Poeple are getting fed up with this pseudo-civilization ' s issues .

So, try to find out what kind of Depression you have ... Reactive ? Great . You can change it in an easier way . And be careful ... otherwise it can turn into a Clinical Depression ... then , only with Medication ... and find the right one ... it can be a real hassle ...
And AVOID STRESS ... if you can ...
1000 of years of personal experience, Research ( ... and done together with MedDoc , Scientists ) , and talking to people who has it .
Unfortunately, my dogs were microchipped before I got them. I haven't decided what to do about it yet. Really don't want them to have surgery to take them out.
