DAY FORTYTHREE - paradise is where you are!
I just wanted to stop by... to tell you I love you. I wanted to let you know that I think of you every day. Even if you don't know it, don't feel it or don't believe it - you are a part of my life. For you are a part of this community called humanity. And humanity is part of the great community called life on planet earth. We are all integrating, intimitely connected thru nature - thru love, thru energy and thru forces beyond our wildest imaginations. Together we can ruin or recreate this world. This ONE world. This sacred place where life is abundant. This paradise. Realise that paradise is HERE. Right where you are. You live in paradise. All you need to do is to accept and embrace it.

Much Love, brother. We will all individually unite the human family in peace and love, through peace and love. Paradise is always here and now, as it is simply a choice. Are you in heaven, or are you in hell? The choice is there for everyone to make, every moment of existence. It matters not what has happened in the past, it is gone and no longer exists. It matters not what might happen in the future, it's pure potential. The only time that exists is now, and in that infinitely immeasurable moment, you can change yourself, and change the world. The choice is yours!

I bet juggler is GREAT exercise. For the brain, with the hands crossing the body's mid-line is beneficial.
I just ordered a Cellercise, an advanced rebounder, the presenter likened it somewhat to skipping rope.
I favor organic apples on sale anywhere, especially Whole Foods, when they're 99cents/lb (culture shock).

Keep it simple! GINGER! You can make a tea with grated fresh ginger and just pour some hot water over.
