Give it to me Raw

Okay, so today is Day 1 of the Master Cleanse- I couldn't start the MC over the weekend because from Friday through Monday I've had to help Frederick and my husband on the hardi-plank siding & yard work. I did eat tons of raw organic salads, organic romaine, organic miso, fresh pressed juices, raw fruits, etc. before this MC- so I was a good week or more into raw before so that the cleanse isn't too harsh on my body.

Had my first MC drink around 11:00- need to research to see how often I drink the lemonade and when the SWF comes in as well- a little confused on that. I can already feel hunger pangs, but I am going to focus on the results that I want to achieve from this MC. I do have to go to the Co-op this Friday b/c I have coupons that I want to use up and I also have $15 to use at the bookstore before October 31, so I will have to look at food quite a bit and I'm also worried about doing the cleanse while going shopping- I may just stick to drinking water & juices on that day. Also, that Saturday and Sunday I have to help the guys work on the house again- it's alot of running around and helping with boards, sawing, measuring, etc. I may do a short cleanse at first then do a long one. The hubby and I have a 10K coming up November 7th so I want to be fit and ready for it! At this point I need to lose about 10-13 lbs to fit back into my clothing, I can tell that when I eat raw I feel and look so much leaner- I just want to use this cleanse as a jumping off point, starting over & cleansing the body so I can stay on the raw path. I plan on stocking up on lots of raw items at the Co-op including Raw milk & Raw cheese- I am not going Raw Vegan this time- I am going to try out the Raw dairy occasionally & see how my body responds to it. Anywho, going to make a glass of warm sea salt- catch up with you guys later!

Starting Weight- 139
Hope to lose- 10-15 lbs. (not just on the cleanse, but after when I go back to eating raw)

Dianne- This is my first time doing the MC- I feel okay on Day 1. SWF is okay, but I think I might get tired of it quickly. Wow, that is pretty good. I'll see how I do on Day 2.

Have you ever done a MC before ?I have done 2 of them You can drink the drinks as often as you like.I myself found to not drink as much ,because once I did the SWF(YUKKO) ,I lost my appitite.Let me know how it goes .One for me was 10 days and 1 was 13 days..
