Practice A simple but efficient Meditation exercise for peace of mind. You can try it out immediately if you want: Sit in a confortable posture, even on the chair in front of the computer while you read this. This meditation is very easy to do. Inhale and exhale a few times deeply: Inhale, abdomen goes out, exhale, abdomen goes in. Inhale for about 3-4 seconds, exhale for about 3-4 seconds. After 3-5 breaths, let your breath flow naturally. It will typically become slow and shallow. Simply feel how the air flows in and out of your nostrils: When you inhalte your nostrils become a little cooler, when you exhale, they become a little warmer. Observe this quietly. Now close your eyes and continue for a few breaths or minuts.
This meditation exercise helps you to relax, experience peace of mind and recharge. Practice this meditation technique whenever you need relaxation.
