Give it to me Raw

Hi there,

it has been a long time since I last left a comment here. But now it is time to come back. My wife and I did much experementing and falling back to SAD (or we have to say SG(erman)D).

So we had some serious discussion the last day and we decided to make this the page of Tanja (my wife) AND me. Strarting today we will start a walking routine (30 minutes daily) and will eat in a special way that we tell you later about.

I will give my comments in English my wife will do it in German. RAW ist still important to us.

CU all later!! :))

Hi Rawmicki- that is good you didn't give it up completely. I think making a plan that works for you is important. You realize how important certain factors are for you to do this. One may be diversity- keeping things interesting enough to keep doing it- one may be maintaining blood sugar so you don't feel light headed etc.

It will be interesting to hear what you have come up with!

Thanks for sharing your methods of opening these delicious, nutritious wonders. :-) This was an abnormally large organic pomegranate, but organic it was.

I find it's quicker to make four cuts, scaling the outer skin equally then pulling it away and thumping with a wooden spoon. Plus it's less of a mess and you don't lose any juice because none of the kernels are cut :) There are different varietie...
