Ann Wigmore - PR or New Mexico?
I'm trying to decide between which Ann Wigmore retreat to attend -- Puerto Rico or New Mexico?
I know a lot of us have been to the Puerto Rico retreat and have come back with nothing but wonderful things to say. I randomly came across the New Mexico retreat (http://www.wigmore.org) while looking for the Puerto Rico one. I am leaning towards New Mexico as it's closer to me, but can not find any one who's attended to hear their experience.
So, have any of you been to the NM retreat? If so, I'd love to hear how your thoughts. Thanks :)

Comment by Gian on September 2, 2009 at 1:50am - I have not been to either retreat, but my mother was at a friends' beach house in Rincon, PR and she visited the Wigmore retreat. I believe that the one in Rincon has been around for many more years than the retreat in NM. If you to PR, just make sure you go after September, after the Hurricane season. But NM sounds interesting. I hope you get feedback from people who attended the retreat in NM.

things that have actually worked for me:
Valerian root for tea - very calming...
Lemon juice, sliced lemon peel, lemon grass or lemon verbina, raw honey, star anise (optional), maybe some ginger, hot water (let it all infuse together for a while) ...
oh yeah there were like 3 judges who really eager to find mistakes in my asanas and other yoga practices that they asked me to perform :)
But i am lucky hahahaha
