Ancient Method of letting things go called Ho'oponopono
Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian technique for reconciling with ones self. It begins with first acknowledging that you are alone responsible for everything that enters your experience, PERIOD.
When something undesirable enters your experience, say things such as "I love you," "I'm sorry" (for bringing this into my experience), "Forgive me." and "thank you." When this is done, it allows you to let go of the programs that bring these undesirable experience into your life.
When someone else's actions bother you, you say to yourself "Forgive me," because you are responsible for everything that happens to you. You attract people that will bother you because of a program in your brain. Forgive it. Love it.
If you see someone who is in pain, say to yourself "I love you," "forgive me." We live in a holographic universe, so one piece contains the whole. Their pain is in you. They don't need to heal, your the one who attracted it into your life.
It sounds strange at first, but the effects are magical. Dr. Ihaleakalá healed an entire ward of psychiatric patients (criminals) through the use of ho'oponopono without even working on the patients themselves. All he did was realized that he was the one who needed to heal, so he cleared his own programs and these "psychotic criminals" miraculously healed.
I learned about Ho'oponopono from Joe Vitale (was in the secret video) in his book "Zero Limits." I recommend it sincerely.
The effects are real. Simply put, it's a way of letting things go!
