Give it to me Raw

There are a multitude of choices when it comes to alkalzing drops to put in one's water--to make it more alkaline--imagine that :). Anyone have experience with any of the drops or have a recommendation for a brand? What ingredients should you look for? The Ph miracle has a few options......but what about something you can get at a health food store or Whole Foods? Thanks for any input.....

yes, I eat an alkalizing diet but tend to run on the acidic side (could it be my thoughts--yikes!). I just thought it might help to add some drops to my water...to be on the safe side. Thanks...

Hi Janet,

Are you currently eating an alkalizing, non-processed diet? If you are, there is no need for alkaline water unless your water is acidic or you have poor digestion. Water is naturally slightly alkaline at 7.2-7.6 pH.

Take care,
RawMatt

That's a pretty typical scene in a high fruit household. That an a ton of bananas. My dryer next to the washer has stacks of fruit carts on it. :)

Right--it's good in smoothies too. It's a necessity when there's no fruit in there!

In water with a twist of lemon or lime, in teas, in water (with flavored stevia), and with millet or quinoa.

Hi Lizz, I haven't tried yacon; I think it's still too sweet, technically. I believe stevia is truly the only natural sweetener that is not a form of sugar. When I add vanilla flavor and a little coconut oil to the stevia, it's kind of like maple...
