wide mouth mason jars!
very exciting - i got a 12 pack of 1.5L wide mouth mason jars! they are HUGE
i have two with me today, one with green juice and one with a green smoothie - the colours are gorgeous.
it's extremly appealing to be able to carry a days worth of food in a couple mason jars.
my green smoothie contains 1 bunch of spinach, juice from 6 oranges and 2 bananas - very simple and very green tasting - YUM!
the juice is a tangy blend of celery, green apple, parsley, fennel, ginger and lemon

Yeah thats awesome! So you have done this before?
I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.
