Sit down and start writing your I wants as a visioning exercise. 30 things you want to DO in this lifetime, 30 things you want to HAVE, and 30 things you want to BE. Then just free verse into continued wants. Once you have pages full of all the wondrous intentions and vibrations and dreams and interests and people, places, talents, and skills you want to manifest, you'll quickly realize with all your passions there's no time to waste by labeling yourself as "uninspired". And yes, definitely a run no matter the weather! The best runs can be when you're laughing at yourself for being drenched in the rain or out of your worrying mind by fighting the wind. Vanessa thank you for your tips. I think I'm in need of some physical activity. I just want to go run in the park but the weather sucks. I hate working out alone i'm learning to deal with that.

Stop trying! :-) There is nothing wrong with doing nothing. Give yourself permission to be lazy, and before you know it, the creativity will come back.
me - I eat some raw chocolate. that always helps. the other thing is just to focus on your breath. there are times for creativity and times for stillness :) stillness is fuel for the creative times.... enjoy the rest and take the opportunity to improve your body so that you can actualize your creative ideas when they come!!! xoxov
