Thanks for the replies.
It's funny, I just saw an article headline on the current issue of Get Fresh talking about food subsidies. I'm not sure if it refers to the US's subsidies or the UK's or both but I'm glad that this issue is one that is getting to the masses since it does affect us all (I mean all species).
