Give it to me Raw

Today Cappi , my son, and I were out and about in the metropolis of Beerwah; small Hinterland town in South East Queensland.
After walking through the Pineapple fields, finding some great organic fruit at the village fruit shop, and visiting the library; we were passing by the post office, when I pointed out to Cappi a cycle with one of those child carriers on the back.
"Hey Cappi", I said, "there is a child riding along in that".
As we neared the P.O. I saw that it was actually a wee dog and not a child passenger.

We went up closer and it turns out that the dog had suffered a stroke, is paralysed down one side and this guy takes him out and about with him everywhere in his little doggy cycle chariot.
The dog, a Whippet, was just so beautiful and there was just so much love for him from his human companion.
To see someone caring for a fellow creature and giving him so much love was wonderful. It is encounters like this that really make my heart sing and give me much faith in the love and goodness of this world.

There is a great fruit wholesaler in town, specializing in Local, organic fruit actually. All I need is a few people, a car and one willing person to go up there with me at some unholy hour (they close at 9am) once a week and it's beautiful fruit ...
