It's been a while since I've made anything in the way of the more time-consuming raw recipes, so today I'm taking time to play. Making a quadruple batch of Juliano's sprouted buckwheat pizza crust, made hummus a la orange (also from Juliano's "RAW"), experimenting with chickpea patties or bread from leftover materials. Putting some sweet potato and zucchini chips in the dehydrator. Also made some green juice with celery, cucumber, parsley, lime, apple, and ginger, and a sweet juice of carrots, apple, orange, ginger. I'll have lots of good stuff to eat the next few days! I was also paid a fun visit by three cute dogs that were roaming the neighborhood when I went on my trip to the compost heap. Tonight I'll teach Pilates and modern and start choreography on a new dance for the students. Then some late night studying for the GRE on Friday (yikes). What a good day.
