Studying and observing myself like I do every morning... Looking for physical changes... been raw for 19 days & working out for 2 weeks.,.,Ok.. so my upper abs are ABIT flatter & the back/middle of my waist is starting to indent alittle, which is always the 1st place I lose weight.. Isn't that weird? But all that does is make my ass look bigger...
My face & tummy is the FIRST place I start to gain... & the last to lose!! The "baby got back" Jiggling Booty follows in suit... & BOY does it ever!!! Like its competing at Beijing! "And the winner of the GOLD Medal ... setting a NEW Worlds record...is Amanda's ASS!! Still jiggling ...Squatting on the platform"!!! oyyyyyyyyy
I can see where the layers of fat have accumulated around my body...sides of my back, stomach, my face, round ass hips & my Frigging ASS!! Not crazy about the Inner part of my upper arms ..loose as hell...Not Cool! gotta up the arm machines...Its weird but it seems like the only toned firm parts of me are my arms, from the middle of my upper arms down to my wrists & my legs... from mid thigh down to my ankles.. the rest is off kilter!! Like the rest of my body doesn't "GO" w/ my limbs! But they will eventually... Stay positive Amanda :-)
Hey at least I'm fitting into my size 16 jeans again... I don't know how many lbs I've lost so far.. I'd say maybe 6-7? Can't say for sure. my scale needs batteries... WHY did I buy a digital scale for?? But I Don't think I'll get batteries till I lose alittle more weight.. then that'll REALLY spark me up again!
I'm thinking of documenting my weight loss changes in pics.. But I don't know if I'm that brave... I avoided cameras for decades..like the plague... & only became a "Camera Ho" for just a couple of years... lol.. I'm afraid my poor body image phobia may win.. But we'll see...
Maybe I just need to go out & buy batteries for the scale & start taking pics... REALLY document my progress! Oh Boyyyy
