RAW HAPPINESS
I have never been this happy in my life!
I feel so high! so light! so thin! so strong! so.... GREAT!
Recently these days have been nothing but good vibrations and positive energy. It's flowing all around me, including in my food.
And just when I thought things couldn't get any better, they did --- My dad just came up to me and said, "Hey Ash, I bought you a juicer online, but shhhh, don't tell mom!"
I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!! I have never been so excited about a kitchen appliance in my life. Oh, how I am loving this raw food lifestyle!!!
Birthday is in 17 days, huge music fest (Bonnaroo) in 12 days.... man, life is GOOD!

I thought parents just attack you, shoot down everything you believe in, and try to discourage you and lead you in the opposite direction of health. Hmm, actually maybe that's just my mom. Oh well, I'm used to it.

I want to start making green juices, but I don't know where to start and what equipment to get. Nor do I know which ingredients are best. Which are your favorites?

Part 1: I have used Liquid Zeolites for detoxing lead from doing stained glass art for a few years and MSM for ease of movement in the joints. Both worked great.

This has always been one of my healthier alternatives. However, usually our pizzas were done on French bread. Not the best healthy food mind you, but much better than restaurant pizzas!

I joined this program a few months ago and it includes a pass to see him in Costa Mesa, California (near Los Angeles, the City of Angels thankfully)...
I have seen gitmr peeps drinking raw vodka and smoking raw pot whatever that is.
I think it tastes bad. I have put it in guac and that was gross and I tried drinking it mixed in water...same. Does anyone here use it and if so how.
