Greetings from Hawaii!
Greetings, raw friends!
I'm so excited to be in Hawaii for the first time. Right now, I'm on Oahu where it's very commerical and built-up. Lots of fast food restaurants, too. In fact, it took me half the day my first day here to find a piece of organic fruit. I finally found a cool grocery store with organics called "Down to Earth." Tomorrow, we'll be hopping over to the Big Island to visit Pangaia, the raw food community that's off-the-grid.

In Pangaia, they mostly live off the land where they practice permaculture farming. And they use solar power and water catchment. Sounds like heaven on Earth! I'll have a film crew with me and we'll document what life's like on Pangaia. I'll share some footage with you on future "Supercharge Me!" show episodes, which you can watch here: http://www.SuperchargeMe.com . There are also 30 other videos on the subject of raw food available for free viewing on the site, so please check them out & pass them around!

Aloha! Welcome to Hawaii ~
Pangaia should be veddy interesting, haha. They eat raw meat, you know. But still, a very successful communal situation they've created. Be sure to find Zephyr, the instincto guy, and author of one of the best raw books I've read, I think called: Instinctive Eating. I believe he used to live at Pangaia and moved onto another property nearby. Email me if you come to Maui and want to meet some incredible live people here!
