Hello again Blog
Two weeks and two day later since I went raw.. I will say these past two weeks have been a challenge for me because I travel 4 days aweek sometime one or two days in the same towns and staying in hotels.. I have been eating what ever fruits I can find in the grocery store, living here in the midweast you don't get a good veriaty. But I manage.. I did 3 days of just juices and whole bananas and oranges. The following 3 days it was just salads with carots,strewberries,bananas and apples , I even put mangos in it . no dressing which is a first for me.. adding the fruits with lettice cucumbers carots was really good. When its not fruits or salads I will eat a mixture of nuts.. I think one of the days I just drink only water, now that wasn't easy to do when i'm use to eating something with texture. lol .One of those day I had to have some brown rice and fried plantains. my body ask for it.. I do see and feel a difference body wise.. and its just two weeks later. I decided to take it a step furture. Natural inside and out. Only natural bath soaps. why not? no half stepping here .. The time is getting close to my weigh in which is June 6.. I will post pictures and my weight... see you then blog.
