Hello everyone,
I join this network lil over a week now, and I told myself that its time for me to change what I eat. I didn't drink alot of Pops and I dont drink Alcohol either. I've always drink alot of water but prefer juices. I've been a meat eater all my life. Pork was not my thing. I have a rasta friend that is a vegetarian, A year ago April I decided to try the vegetarian way. I lasted 6 months which I thought was good on my part for a first timer. lol I believe I would have continue if I had more support from my none vegetarian friends and family. Ras had move away to another state, and he was and still my supporter of healthy eating.. Nevertheles I went back to old habbits.. Now.. I am here today1 a week from joining. One week eating healthier and feel great. Glad to have found this network with like minded people. I will keep a weekly blog of how Im doing, what Im eating and my weight reduction......
