- Donka Donk!! I love this poem! It's mine! Oh, and would "rawck" rhyme with Spock? Did you know that I always thought that was a green apple in the picture and just now I realized it was green juice. Duh. Oh, and I think that the picture would make a good t-shirt. You could sell it on cafe press and I would buy one because it's so cool like that.

You're absolutely right; sodium is not the problem, but sodium chloride, and inorganic mineral salt which always causes water retention and raises blood pressure. We don't need any of that.
Doesn't holding your breath kill brain cell?
