wow, what a difference a quiet weekend makes. I got quiet a bit done, never as much as i would like, but a paced out quiet accomplshed weekend. After so much drama and turmoil with myself and others it was quite nice to just be slow and quiet. for people who becomes aware of this latest scandal, the one presented these recent days, and still are not deeply disturbed by this...for these people, nothing noone says can convince them to see the other perspective..for now.

After the third or fourth day I seem to function better then when I am eating heavy meals. My last fast I was walking eveyday. I just feel great when I am fasting.

I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.
