I started eating raw foods on the 25th of June and then went to see my family for the 4th and totally "fell off the wagon". I'm having such a hard time getting back on. I really want to continue eating raw, I feel so good when I am eating raw, I have more patience with my kids and feel happier, I know that I am putting such healthy foods into my body. I have to do this for myself and I'm having such a hard time resisting cooked food, and I'm not just eating like steamed veggies and quinoa!! I want total junk food. It's so hard that I'm the only one in my house that's eating raw (well trying at least). I just feel like I need that extra motivation. Anyways, I'll keep trying to resist the COOKED.
