MSM
I've recently started taking large doses of MSM (30-45 g per day or so) and I'm experiencing an increase in wellbeing that is on a par with when I finally went 100% raw.
Does anyone else have experience with taking such large doses longer term?
Anything to watch out for?

Well... I got 1lb here locally for $15. 1lb is 453 grams. 15 grams to the tbsp.
So that's 30 tbsp for $15, or $0.5 per tbsp.
3 tbsp per day is $1.50, or about what many folks spend for coffee per day.
I've been looking around for bulk suppliers on the internet and I've seen prices for 5lb (150 tbsp) as low as between $53-70 ($0.35-$0.46 per tbsp).

cor that's alot! I take 1teasp a day, mainly because it is expensive! Do you have a cheap supply of it then - please share if you do ;)
I find good results with what I take, nice smooth skin, strong nails, can't say i noticed any extra well being. I hate the taste of it but maybe i'll try upping the dose to see what happens. I'll let you know.

1 tsp is 5 grams
1 tablespoon is 15 grams
So that's about 2-3 tablespoons

in some ways, i guess i have taken on a similar practice. I'm constantly running around between 3 jobs, groc shopping everyday, and life in general. i walk everywhere and depending on what errands…
