The phytoplankton sounds very interesting to me. The biggest creature on earth (whale) is living and thriving on such a small organism. That is very fascinating to me. I will try to find a source here in Germany.

I actually have lost some weight. I haven't weighed myself to find out but I can feel it in my pants (and they are the strecthy kind either!!)

Collidial Gold is made out of 99.99% gold in pure distilled water. It doesn't really have a taste. im wondering if u lost any weight...not that you need to, just wondering if its one of the effects of ur program...
