Hi all!
I'm introducing green smoothies to my girlfriend and want to know what type of supplements to refer her to. I started her with a basic Go Green smoothie from Whole Foods (apple juice, banana, and kale). At home i use vitamineral Greens but think it's a little too potent and expensive for her to try right now...Any suggestions in what to greens that don't taste AS extreme...and anything else to add to the smoothies...(we just started training early mornings usually 2 hour workouts, so the smoothies come after....anything with a boost and that is filling would be great....) Thanks so much and enjoy the day :)))) ...ALSO, does anyone incorporate coffee in their smoothie or know how to...i do like a glass in the morning but would like to know if anyone has a good recipe of their own...
