Ever since I have changed my habits (ie. eating, working out, drinking water) I have noticed that my sleep has gotten better. I now sleep around 6 hours a night, no tossing and turning, just restful sleep. The amount surprises me, because before I trying to get as much sleep as possible, yet never felt good, always sluggish and looking to go back to bed. Alarm clocks were the bane of my being!! I hated when it went off and sometimes dreamed of throwing it out a window!
Now I wake up looking forword to facing a day!! So much to do and not enough time to do it all!
Had a simi-raw dinner last night...Pizza! I put Black olives, mushrooms, red onion, bell pepers, turkey Pepperoni, and low fat mozz! Only heated, it to melt the chesse. The cost for 3 pizzas made at home equal what it would have been for 1 at pizza place!
I am trying to think of other toppings to place in the pizza~Any ideas?
I was trying to get turnips on a one, got vetoed on that!!! LOL! Maybe sourkraut!! Who knows the sky is the limit!
