Hi I was talking to a friend last night she was super excited to create a new "mocha" drink that was "warm" from her blender. She said to grind flax seeds, dry, until a powder then add carob powder, a date or agave, water and cinnamon then blend until it gets "hot or warm". Everything sounded great until she got to the "blend until hot or warm!" part!
I was like WOA slow down there! I told her first I don't think it is good to "heat" up your blender or over use it like that, then I told her I didn't think it was healthy or safe or a good idea to warm up things in a blender that way...next thing I know she hung up on me!
So what do you think?
Am I right? I was just trying to share what I thought was good info...
