Durian Rider is right. He is probably frustrated sometimes because it is so simple and people don't listen and understand that it's actually just right.

The protein thing is a myth right?
The b12 thing is a myth too!

It's in my poo. It's in me. It's free for me to digest. Even if it wasn't I could get it elsewhere. Like someone special's vagina.
So okay. there's no b12 issue - as in there's no real excuse for not eating what all signs point to as the healthiest diet ever AND not eating what all signs point to not being the healthiest diet ever.

Now obviously, the healthiest diet ever is registered and analyzed and judged by a living human being (YOU) so if your energy is wack and you're constantly thinking about food and trying to tweak your life to either not be such a suckpit or to be a wonderful place for sexytimelovechildrenpeacefulnessbananascommunity then you can easily blame your diet for this or that and then when you feel bad say oh i didn't eat enough or just be on autopilot and be like uhhh i don't feel good i neeed some deep fried garbage or to eat a cup of sunflower seeds parading as "raw bread"

which is ridiculously ridiculous to prepare fat into a fake cooked carb. if you want carb, don't eat the fake cooked carb. eat the carb

EAT THE BEST FUCKING CARB EVER YOU LIVING DYING WONDER

the best carb in my DIRECT EXPERIENCE is an easily digested FROOT

easily digested? it helps to not have a phat load of fat in the blood stream - which is why people crash on raw in my opinion. they don't appreciate food combinations

probably bcause people that have been the biggest proponents in raw food have been restaraunteurs/raw chefs/and other "experts" or bloggers and they want to make interesting photos and so on because they want to be recognized or something or whatever and to whatever degree we have to put party hats on our papier mache pizzas, we do not trust that the universe is simply all ready good the way it is

why would you mix bananas with anything? it doesn't make any sense. it's stupid. it's not stupid. it's not stupid because the person's reality tunnel does not actually directly appreciate life. it is still trying to manipulate instead of accepting things the way they are ultimately best suited for themselves. wake up tomorrow and eating at least 15 bananas. and be prepared to eat another 15. DO THAT. HAVE FAITH

try it for one day and then see if the next day you want to throw in the raw hamburger or the raw lasagna or whatever the f

What is the best B12 supplement that is affordable? I'm taking one that is yeast derived right now. Its actually a yeast derived B vitamin that contains all the Bs.

thanks so much Awesome Universe :) We do live as closely to nature as possible. We don't always get the best fruit but yes its got to be better than a lot of colder climates although my friend who lives in Poland gets namdokmai mangoes & other tropical fruits on jetfresh regularly. I did have a multitude of health problems - chronic candida overgrowth, massive digestive distress, acne on my face, chest & shoulders, chronic fatigue syndrome, anorexia & bulimia...so u could say i had a few before going LFRV, all great now though :))

I actually don't subscribe to going to the Doc at all & getting tests, I talked about it briefly here

Hey i think i can speak on the subject more than anyone, as I live with him!! He wasn't on 811 at all. He was eating gourmet raw style all the way... raw burgers, lots of fat & nuts etc...
The Nutritionist has no credibility, she is very overhealthy and overweight plus she lied throughout saying that fruit doesn't have any protein, iron or calcium!! Lol! You can say anything these days, the TV show is just about as mainstream as you can get plus the TV show is sponsored by NESTLE!!

I feel for you on that Freelee- about the tv reporter and nutritionist. There is no question you and Durian look more than fabulous. I think you have an advantage though because you have access to the freshest best fruit there and the climate suits tropical fruit, you're both very active, don't have any health problems, etc.

I was just looking at what happened to Cuba when the US put an embargo on them about 19 years ago. The citizens got pretty sick. Appx 50,000 of them got nerve damage, and blindness from malnutrition until supplementation was brought in. I remember watching that show, didn't realise that was him. Even Doug Graham advises people to take a B12 supplement until they longer need it.

When DR went 811 (low fat which is most important factor in b12 absorption)...he actually got tests on his b12 done which came back with normal healthy levels
