Firsties, I am not going to say it this time, about how the only RAW cashews are the hand shelled ones.
Rene..do you teach classes? I had that cheap mandolin, now I have the Williams and Sonoma one. I like the pasta.
I have seen the zucchini noodles in about every raw food book ever but its good to show beginners.

I love apples. I've been getting some really good heirloom varieties from a local grower like winesap. New England is apple land :) .
