Give it to me Raw

My mom is a crazy water drinker. It used to drive me crazy, but I have officially become my mother.

I know if I haven't used the bathroom to tinkle in a few hours then I am already dehydrated.

Since our body is made up of 70% water, what happens to people who don't replenish or hydrate? Hmmm?

Sometimes my body swells. I used to feel fat, but I have learned that it is my lymphatic system retaining fluids to hold any toxins hostage so that they can't attack my organs. What I do to remedy this is drink lots of fabulous H20 with fresh lemon, to flush the toxins out.

Tired? Drink a glass of water. The Big O in H20 is Oxygen. A good dose of the Big O and you will perk right up.

I rarely get headaches, unless of course I'm wearing a tight hat. But in
times that I do, I go for the instant cure. WATER! Headaches are a sign of severe dehydration.

Did you know that your body loses about two quarts of water per day through perspiration, urination and exhalation?

The last thing I do before I go to bed is fill up a 16oz glass of Water and place it on my nightstand. The first thing I do in the morning is roll over and drink the whole glass of water.

Drinking water a half hour before you eat a meal will not only curb your appetite, but clean out any residual undigested food from your system.

Dehydration often disguises itself as hunger.

It's hard for me not to drink water with my meals, as I like to wash things down, but it only slows digestion and then I feel bloated. So, I'm training myself to not even serve a drink with a meal.

When I am eating lots of greens, I seem to need less water. Probably because lettuce is 95 percent water.

How do you make sure to stay hydrated?

I love FindaSpring and am grateful it was posted. Most people, my past self included, don't realize they're dehydrated as they expect to be thirsty when they need water. Especially now, when we are bombarded with toxins from everywhere, we need to make sure we get lots of pure water to drink. Oh, to have that spring that was on our land when I was a kid.

Hmm... I'm not too sure about us needing to drink all that much water. I drink very little and only feel thirsty occationally when I'm doing an extreme exercise, way more than jogging. I think we can get most all of the water we need from our food. Although I don't really feel thirsty after jogging I'll eat watermelon or blend 4 or so bananas with a glass of water, just to be safe.
It seems to me that if we needed to carry a bottle of water around to swig on, then that would mean our ancestors would have been swigging on water all the time. You don't have to go too far back to where they wouldn't have been able to carry it, either for lack of a recepicle or all fours on the ground. I'm pretty sure they wandered off from the water source, as much as they could. We know we were runners, look at our legs. It seems even our later ancestors didn't need to be constantly drinking, because of the arid places they lived and the distances they covered populating the earth. I dunno... I just don't see it...

I've been much more into water after listening to what Daniel Vitalis says. And thanks to FindaSpring.com, I've located a local spring and drinking that. Its amazing stuff!

What the ginger? The ginger is mine unfortunately -_- But I have a tendency to try to get rid of it, and since I absolutely will not touch synthetic hair dyes, I'm stuck with doing it myself with plant dyes - Which is reaaally hard. I usually end ...

I think the color suits you, it looks right. Sometimes when people color their hair it's obvious that it's a dye job and it just looks off. Yours doesn't look off at all. Anyway, it's a lot better than my hair! ;)
