@Ahntara Miller, yes, kickboarding or any kind of swimming laps is incredible for the butt-toning department. My fiance had to force me in whining and complaining the first time but after a few months of it I can't get enough. If I don't go I feel like I've got restless leg syndrome LOL and climb the walls. Can almost taste the pool with my skin. The only downside is the chlorine but some pools now have salt-water and a lot less chlorine.

@Lori when I saw my email this morning "Lori commented ..." I immediately thought of you and hoped it was you. ;)
Your bikini-body project gave me the total confidence to post these and to really take it seriously. If I hadn't seen that you did this and how professional you are and serious you are plus being totally open and vulnerable like that and how you really encouraged everyone to go for it and do it too, I think I would have been too self-conscious to post these. I think I would have been afraid of being made fun of or something.
I love your blog and ALWAYS get inspired by inspire2act so thanks so much. And I hope we meet some day.
