I would put extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil on the skin daily. It nurishes and protects from irritants. Also has amazing healing capabilities. When I use it often, I have had women tell me that I have the softest skin in the world( or at least Houston TX), regardless you and your skin will be happy =)
I use it on my face, on scars, scabs and internally it is awesome.
Big up yourself and get down with the coco oil!

Mish, i totally feel you. I have a friend who lives in LA and his whole body was covered with psoriasis
and he had heard somewhere about it having to be related to tonsils....so he found a doctor to remove his tonsils
and his skin totally cleared up and he is not RAW in the least bit. you are correct to say that Psor is different in every body. thank you so much for your experiences...both to YogaBrudder and mish. Many Blessings of Good Health and lots of LOVE

...of course, without doubt, eliminating sugar, gluten, dairy, alcohol, meat, and stress helps us all. So does sweating > infrared sauna. And skin brushing / lymph stimulating massage. Having been uber-clean strict RV diet and life for 6 years (NO M&Ms or anything even close) my psor never got better an even got worse. The only things that worked for me was living in Hawaii for a month eating noni and using it on skin and swimming/soaking in clean ocean daily. My psor went away completely until 2 weeks after returned home to toxic LA. Im pretty sure I have to move permanently to cure. Of course I was much HAPPIER and AT PEACE there more too.

I am convinced that Psor is different in everybody, that is why it is difficult to pinpoint a specific cause amongst the general population. I think it comes from a mashup of toxic overload, poor elimination due to genetic physical challenges, and mostly negative emotional vibrations (feelings & thoughts). I believe that each of us comes to temporary remission or a permanent cure in a very individual way. We have to find our own.

Dart, don't know what causes psoriasis.

My humble beginnings are thus: a raw cafe opened in my hood last january, and i felt it was good. So i got on my computer and that led to youtube and david wolfe and juliano and everybody else.

yeah, M&M's, pretty horrid, you shoulda seen me two years ago....Little Debbie Cakes!!!

Best of Love.

yogabrudder,
im confused....what do you think caused you to have psoriasis?
what do you study? what videos do you view?
and what boggles my mind is that you actually bought and ate M&M's
pretty scary stuff. thanks for your time in answering my questions.
and...AND Congratulations~~!!!!! ~peace

I dont smell like fruit, but since getting all the processed foods out of my diet I find I hardly need deoderant. Theres definitely a noticeable improvement. What are people supposed to smell like? In nature, animals smell musky.

I would love to know your plan for escaping mandatory vaccines, but I don't reckon you'll want to post it here. :(

I have never dried them myself, but in France and Italy you can buy them already dried (at what temperature I don't know). It was awhile since I ate them (before I went raw).

My saliva has never commented on how I smell. But my mouth tastes fine. And, in case you were wondering, my various excretions all smell good too!

Lost is same insanely good storytelling, character development. I love how they spend time flashing back to show you the character's demons and how the island is bringing them to face what used to be a big thing for them. Plus, you never know what...
