Give it to me Raw

Okay so i'm 73 days into being 100% raw and i need help !!
I'm starting to get confused with what i'm doing...

i'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong but i am just not feeling as great as i thought i would be.. i am feeling like i'm detoxing mostly all of the time, which is hard as this can make me feel achey, tired and emotionally it's hard also. I'll have about a 3-4 days of feeling great and then it's detox again. So much so that am wondering if it is detox or am i doing something wrong, am i allergic to something, do i have candida that is worse from the fruits and agave sugar, cacao etc... (i've battled with candida before)

My skin is not great, i was on Accutane for over a year, and i've been off it since i started Raw, my skin has small spots all over my forehead, temples, nose, looks alot like blocked pores...
Maybe i need a colonic ..? I've been oil pulling and using coconut oil.

I've tried cutting out the fats with the fruits and food combining more carefully, this started this week and i'm very hungry. Already very thin.

I do agree with everything about Raw but feel alot of doubt today in what i'm doing, , just as i'm not seeing of feeling the benefits. My nails do look better. My eyes do look bluer.

My skin is not happy, my scalp is itchy, my body aches, i have craving for fish and grains.

Maybe this is an emotional detox ? The more i wonder and try and work out what i need to do the more confused i get!

Try some raw fish maybe, see how it makes you feel. Are you tracking vitamins and minerals at all? If you aren't, try entering your intake for a week onto fitday.com and see if you're underdoing it in anything. I start having skin problems when my B-vitamin intake drops, especially niacin. If you're already very thin, is there a reason you aren't eating until you're full? Sometimes it's easier with food combining if you go for one grouping per day. For instance, fruit/greens, then the next day fats/greens with non-sweet fruit, then proteins with low fats/sugar. I'll do that for a week or two when I'm feeling a bit under and bounce back pretty quickly, it's almost methodical at this point. (Specifically it's usually: Lots of citrus and melon, followed by a day with fattier fish and egg yolks as well as non-sweets like cukes; peppers; tomatoes, then to leaner fish and egg whites, berries)

If you're really craving grains, consider trying sprouted raw before you go into rice and cereals. Mostly, just try to experiment, sometimes you find solutions for problems in unlikely places. I had a great run with raw veganism, but ultimately it wasn't sustainable for my body. It's definitely different for everyone though, so it's good to keep an open mind.

Eat some cooked foods. 100% Raw is not the answer for optimal health. Eat some meat and some brown rice. :)

I believe that the body can heal itself if given the support. I'm a nurse in a nursing home and I've seen the body cling to life no matter how much poison is thrown at it.

Sounds ridiculous to me. Anyone actually older and experiencing longevity there? I doubt it. I live out in the country in the general direction of God's fart zone and perhaps that's better than getting caught up in this sort of materialistic stuff...
