I just buy organic for bell peppers, greens, and strawberries... you might find this list useful: http://www.foodnews.org/fulllist.php

You should get in contact with local farmers near you. I know a lot of times they are willing to do a co-op. It is a great cheap way to get organic. Especially if you are willing to take "bruised" items. A lot of times they are willing to discount these items and you can use them in juices and smoothies. Hope this helps! I always try to think of all of the prescription medications I won't have to be paying for, all the doctor's visits I can avoid, and all he good I am doing for myself by investing on foods that are organic and least likely to cause contamination in my body. I know they are more expensive, but I cut back in other areas in my life before skimping on what becomes a part of me (you are what you eat). Regardless, any good you can give to your body is beneficial. In love and light.

Courtney- That's weird! This is prime time for our farmer's markets. Well, David Wolfe says in Sunfood Diet Success that there's sort of a hierarchy- the best thing to eat for you is raw, organic food. Next best is raw, conventional food (mostly what I eat, too). Then comes cooked organic, and at the very bottom, cooked conventional. So I'm sure eating what you can organic is fine... It's better than processed food at any rate!
