Best raw pasta ever!
Soak 1 package of kelp noodles in alkaline water to remove any traces of pollutants (mine taste funny unless I do this) & then drain.
Chop 2-3 avocados into bite-sized pieces & put over noodles.
Drizzle 1 capful of apple cider vinegar over noodles & avo in container.
Add 1-2 teaspoons of sea salt.
Drizzle 1-2 teaspoons of agave nectar (trust me on this! doesn't make it sweet, just brings out the creamy flavor!).
Add any seasoning you like... my fave is small hot green chiles - I use a mortar & pestle to crush the peppers & their seeds then use the noodles to wipe the paste out of the bowl.
Optional: add chopped veggies like broccoli or asparagus.
Then.... put a lid on it and sHaKe it up!!
Let it sit for about 10 minutes while the oil goes to work making the noodles soft & slippery.
Then... enjoy!
