I am blog (or anything to do with the internet) challeneged so bare with me! I hope it turns out okay ya'll.
Here's the lowdown on what I ate today. I'd say 75% raw... that's good for a newbie, right?!?!
Morning- Smoothie!!( frozen peaches, water, pineapple juice, handful of spinach), handful of almonds, Lara bar (cashew cookie, I think)
After work- banana, sushi (cali roll), soy sauce, raw almond butter, apple, lettuce with salsa
I thought I had way more than that for some reason haha. Okay so like I said, not COMPLETELY raw but I'm tryin here guys. not raw: cali roll, soy sauce.
