Raw Food in Costa Rica
I have been loving the kitchen and creating raw food so much here in Costa Rica.. The rebalancing Goddesses that I am preparing all of this amazing food for are so beautiful, and so are the 3 men that are here...
Hacienda Del Sol offers so much more than a beautiful establishment. The energy and the people that are drawn to this wonderful place are the best.
Hacienda Del Sol has changed me....I feel like the time I have been here working, is not work at all...I love it!
The students have started the 10 sessions, which includes 1 and a half hour body work sessions 2x a week...Yes I am one of the lucky folks that get to receive this amazing gift.
We are now into the 2nd month, and sadly the last month for these students, but come November a new group will begin their amazing journey into the world of healing.

I will be staying at Hacienda Del Sol, near Nosara for the duration of my stay in Costa Rica.. We will be starting Raw Food Workshops, and retreats shortly.. July is a busy month for juice, and colon cleansing so come August we will be starting our raw food workshops...

I'm currently on the south Pacific & plan on moving to SJ later this week, you plan of giving any courses in the city while you're here?

That sounds like fun.. There is a thing called double dutch where two girls hold two ropes and you have to jump them both at the same time.. maybe you could find a couple of girls to try this with you. It's pretty impressive when you see it..
