Children are the light of the world!

My two Crystal children are here for a few "extra" days. WE have hit the ice rink, ridden in a limousine to pick up Almonds,attended my friends wedding reception, and gone to church. Let yer Hoes down and let's dance!!! (All night and all Day)

This week end was a beautiful test of mind and will. Dan the Man my #1 intern training with me currently and I biked from Woodland to Full Belly Farm 2.5 mi past Guinda for a total of 33.5 miles ridden. Neither of has done any training or even a warm up. The entire purpose of our ride was to volunteer our time in the Hoesdown.org festival. Juice Feasting What a way to bring in 08!

WEll I have no clue what lay ahead. I feel firmly that this stake I have had holding me back is on it's way out of the ground. I am surrounded by beauty and am loved by all. Now the final stage truly Loving myself. Knowing and BEing my self. Confident, comfortable and creative!
I must thank Jimmy for writing down hi experience as an inspiration to complete the daunting fearful task. Time for another Colonic and???

Holy Toledo of LOVE to the 00 power cubed!

WOW! I feel is just the begining. I have had several binges on Cacao, especially after my 5th vetibrae was shattered. IT helped me to heal quickly exceeded the doctors perceived potential by 100%. 3 weeks out of the brace neaerly 2 years later I have about 98-99 % of full movement which I was told would be 90%, again exceeding the perceived potential.
