Another amazingly gorgeous day on planet Earth... Soooooo i'm on day 3 of my 'raw journey'~ i received an e-mail on Friday from Jinjee about their 7-Day Raw Journey Program (an e-book with menu plans for the week, shopping lists & information plus access to a support forum).. it was only $10 to sign on and it sounded nice to have recipes and menus all planned out for me so i could just eat simple yummy nourishing raw foods without having to think about it and plan so much... and it's been fabulous! i haven't exactly stuck to the menu plan 1… Continue

I dont smell like fruit, but since getting all the processed foods out of my diet I find I hardly need deoderant. Theres definitely a noticeable improvement. What are people supposed to smell like? In nature, animals smell musky.
