Hi all!
I'm introducing green smoothies to my girlfriend and want to know what type of supplements to refer her to. I started her with a basic Go Green smoothie from Whole Foods (apple juice, banana, and kale). At home i use vitamineral Greens but think it's a little too potent and expensive for her to try right now...Any suggestions in what to greens that don't taste AS extreme...and anything else to add to the smoothies...(we just started training early mornings usually 2 hour workouts, so the…
