And now... a photo
There have been quite a few posts on the forum about why folks don't use real photos on their profile. I never thought much about it really -- I used a painting of Pomona as my icon because I live in the city of Pomona and because Pomona is goddess of fruits and orchards, which seemed particularly apt for my raw journey. I bet juggler is GREAT exercise. For the brain, with the hands crossing the body's mid-line is beneficial.
I just ordered a Cellercise, an advanced rebounder, the presenter likened it somewhat to skipping rope.
I favor organic apples on sale anywhere, especially Whole Foods, when they're 99cents/lb (culture shock).

Keep it simple! GINGER! You can make a tea with grated fresh ginger and just pour some hot water over.
