I realized a few minutes ago that today is my 6 MONTH ANNIVERSARY of my RAW FOOD JOURNEY!!! Man, it has been an unbelievable 6 months! I am so thankful for raw foods! Before this journey, I was living on foods that were far from optimal. Not only did I eat cooked (dead) food, but I ate some of the worst kinds. -The 80/10/10 Diet by Dr. Douglas N. Graham

I am very excited, for this is another huge step in the raw food lifestyle for me: get EDUCATED!

I have never been this happy in my life!

I feel so high! so light! so thin! so strong! so.... GREAT!
