Hi!
I just read up on how powerful Parsley is and I wanted to share because it is truely amazing! I was also inspired by a super easy treat I made with it. I usually make tabouli every so often with the leaves and this time I had 3 bunches of stems I wanted to do something with. I stuffed the blender full of them and added 3 cloves of garlic, a small amount of nuts and some oil and vinegar. It was parsley pesto! It is so goodI have been putting it on top of everything. Hi Everyone!
I have been talking to Rama about his community plan privately. I wanted to put this up here because people don't see the groups very often and what is going on. Info on this needs to be in several places to really get some notice. It is such an amazing idea. I am wondering how many people would consider living in a community in India that is really laid back- raw but follow your bliss kind of thing. If someone can only do 80% that is ok and won't be judged sort of thing. Everyone…

I have been watching some videos on "curing autism" with diet. Basically by cutting out wheat and dairy and utilizing internal cleansing options. In this video they show the childs face before and after treatment with anti virals and anti fungals and it is drastically different. There are a lot more videos as well. The implications of this are far reaching and made me think. What if we all became autistic due to toxins in our environment, due to food we eat, and contaminated medications we take?…

Summer is almost over and now is the time to make jam! But not just any jam- how about freezer jam! Here is a link. You can adapt the recipe and add agave, blended dried pineapple, or dates instead of the sugar. It would also be good fo presents. Who doesn't like jam? It could also be a ready topping for frozen bananas!
Blueberries are supposed to be great for increasing memory so it would also be a great gift for your older friends!

Nobel prize for epigenetics
What have petunias and roundworms got in common? They look different, feel different, smell different, taste…well, one would assume so. Both petunia plants and worms helped scientists to discover a novel way to switch off genes. Nature has several ways of silencing genes, a clever knack affording the same genome many different expressions or epigenomes thr…

Did you know that 1 head of broccoli has 18 grams of protein? This is MASSIVE.
200 calories- ONLY!
900 % RDA of Vitamin C!
30 % RDA for Calcium
30 % RDA of Iron
80 % RDA Vitamin A
This could be your answer if someone asks you where do you get your protein. Enzymes in broccoli have also been shown to kill the bacteria in the stomach that causes stomach ulcers- and may help with other digestion problems.
The calcium is HUGE!
It is so easy to eat a lot of broccoli. It's great to dip in dres…

Have a lot of people had mercury fillings taken out and have you had blood tests to show mercury levels before and after? Also when I was in S. Arizona I found out that the water there is contaminated for the most part with copper from the mining operations- particularily the well water. Have people been tested for metals in general?
Has anyone with thyroid done chelation therapy and was able to show through blood tests that the metal levels were reduced in their body?
This whole idea is realt…

Nova tonight talks about how famine can affect health and longevity 2 generations later. It is different for men and women. Men who have experienced famine when they are in late childhood will have grandchildren that live longer.
They also found that genes can be changed at a later date via a new drug they have developed.
They talk about exposure to pesticides and how this can increase the rate of cancer for your grandchildren.

I recently found out some interesting information on basically creating brand new as close to perfect people through fasting and raw. i am wondering from men and women here would you be more interested in having children now that you know this and creating a diet that works for you that is as raw as humanely possible for you and your mate? See my chat about indigo and crystal kids below.
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

There are some foods you should avoid feeding your parrot because they are intrinsically too toxic.
